We booked to go to Bass Lake for the weekend, but on the Wednesday before my husband was rushed to hospital with kidney stones. I contacted the owners to please move my booking to another weekend and THEY REFUSED AND SAID THAT I WILL LOOSE MY DEPOSIT……. They were not understanding at all. I didn’t want to cancel my booking, just move it and everytime I asked for a weekend, they told me they are book. I am very angry at them and they still have my deposit.
